Sleeping-With-Other-People-Poster-slice-1024x397

I’ve been waiting patiently for Sleeping With Other People, the indie rom-com starring Alison Brie and Jason Sudeikis to come out for months now, enchanted by the playful trailer and allure of Miss Brie (plus a little Adam Scott never hurt anyone). Considering I live in one of the great arthouse/hipster/quirky/cinephile/renaissance areas I believed I’d get first crack at this come its limited release.

I mean we got The Overnight at the Cable Car, why not this?

movieticketOf course I was wrong, and from the looks of things it’s not even coming through Providence during its theatrical run. Lucky for me I’m right next to a fairly larger market in Boston and the movie opened this weekend at two theaters in the city, providing me the chance to see this on the big screen instead of waiting for its inevitable streaming debut.

I’ll be sure to put up my thoughts in the next couple days along with my opinions on the other summer movies I’ve seen, since I’m sure you’re all dying to know my thoughts on Fantastic Four.
